These gatherings are for seekers, questioners…those with curious souls who start to feel uneasy when truth becomes a rule. Human Design was never meant to become another outer authority telling you who you are, how you should decide, or what’s “correct” for you. These gatherings are an invitation to practice Human Design heretically—as an experiment, a mirror, a conversation with your own body’s intelligence… not a system to obey.
My parents named me Melissa, and I’ve always loved it. 💖 The name comes from the Greek word for honeybee—a symbol of sweetness, nourishment, and wisdom 🐝. In ancient mythology, Melissa was a caretaker, a gatherer, a keeper of life force. Bees don’t follow instructions—they respond, sense, and move in rhythm with their environment.
In Human Design, my Personality Sun Gate is Gate 45—the Gate of the Gatherer, the tribal King/Queen archetype. Translation? I’m a natural Queen Bee 🐝👑—here to bring people together. To create space, not hierarchy. To gather people into community without telling them who to be once they arrive.
After a few years away, I’m back home in Montana 🏡, and it’s time to create The Hive. This is an in-person gathering space for creative, adventurous, big-hearted humans who are curious about Human Design—but not interested in handing their authority over to it.
Like bees to a flower, we come together to explore, question, feel, and experiment. Human Design becomes a living language here—not a belief system. No “shoulds.” No rigid interpretations. Just curiosity, embodiment, and real conversation.
Gathering in person matters. This is Human Design off the screen and back in the body. 💖✨ Nervous systems meeting nervous systems. Voices, laughter, pauses, sensations. Real-time resonance.

Whether you’re brand new to Human Design or have been living with it for years, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Skepticism included. Inner authority required.
To support our exploration, you’ll be invited to share your birth data (date, time, and location) so we can create your BodyGraph—not as a verdict, but as a map we’ll play with together. Accuracy of birth data helps immensely, but devotion is not required.
